The position is based in Phnom Penh and the salary range is open from $180 to $285 based on candidate competencies and behaviours.

Objectives
- Ensure all administrative and logistical tasks related to the delivery of training services are completed effectively
- Ensure The Capacity Specialists training venue maintains a professional image and operates effectively
- Ensure the library of training materials is maintained effectively
- Assist with scheduling of training workshops
- Arrange training room for workshops
- Print and purchase training materials
- Liaise with restaurants or hotels and other supplier as needed
- Record and analyse training evaluations
- Collate and file training materials
- Do other related tasks for L&D function
- Administration skills and attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Ability to translate document from English to Khmer and via versa
- Planning and organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Clever & fast learner
- Professional attitude, honest and hard working
- Innovative thinking, flexible
- High responsibility of working
- Ambitious and looking for long-term opportunities
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to learn from mistake
- Computer literacy, Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
